Make the workflow visible
Planning, tracking, records, checks and evidence are presented as one connected daily operation.

Case study · FleetSlate
FleetSlate connects office planning, drivers, vehicles, checks, compliance evidence and daily records. The public website needed to explain that breadth without feeling like enterprise software.
Project at a glance
The work brought FleetSlate's real product, trial, downloads, installation and purchase journey into one coherent public website.
The challenge
Fleet software can quickly become a wall of features. The site instead shows how Office and Driver work together, where the practical value sits, and what a new customer should do first.
Planning, tracking, records, checks and evidence are presented as one connected daily operation.
Product-tour sections and interface imagery keep the promise tied to what customers actually receive.
Trial, installation, supported devices and pricing are placed in a logical path rather than scattered across the site.
What was built
A direct message centred on connected Office + Driver operations, not generic software claims.
Dedicated routes for the product, tour, Office, Driver, use cases, pricing and support.
Clear calls to action, download routes, installation guidance and supported-device information.
Structured metadata, useful page content, internal linking, sitemap and canonical handling.
Pricing, seller details, support, privacy and delivery information are accessible before purchase.
Navigation, product cards and calls to action remain clear on phones and smaller screens.
Design direction
The visual system uses dark product imagery, clean light sections, restrained green accents and strong spacing. Information is grouped into short decisions rather than long specification lists.
Result
FleetSlate now has a website that introduces the product, demonstrates the Office + Driver workflow, answers practical purchase questions and guides visitors into the full trial without overstating what the system does.
