Who is responsible for your information

Goodform Web Studio is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Questions about privacy can be sent to contact@goodform.org.uk.

Information we collect

When you use the enquiry form or contact Goodform directly, we may receive your name, business name, email address, telephone number and the information you provide about your project. Basic technical information may also be recorded by the website host for security and reliability.

How we use it

Your details are used to answer enquiries, discuss your project, prepare quotations, provide agreed services and keep necessary business records. The usual legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract and legitimate business interests.

Form and service providers

The contact form is processed by Formspree. Website files are hosted through GitHub Pages and the domain is managed through Cloudflare. These providers may process limited technical or form data to deliver their services and operate under their own privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or visitor analytics. If non-essential analytics or tracking tools are added later, this policy and any cookie controls will be updated first.

How long information is kept

General enquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months so that conversations can be followed up. Records connected with paid work may be kept longer where needed for contracts, accounting, tax or legal obligations.

Sharing and international processing

Personal information is not sold. It may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the website or deliver an agreed service, or where disclosure is required by law. Some providers may process data outside the UK using recognised safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you believe your information has been handled incorrectly.
